Refund policies

ONLINE PURCHASE POLICY 

• Sergio’s Silver From Taxco gives the option to display prices on the website either in U.S. Dollars or in Mexican Pesos. 
• Prices shown in each jewelry item are with Tax excluded.
• Mexican Federal Tax is 16%. 
• All purchases are carefully wrapped in a cotton cloth bag that can also be used to clean the piece of jewelry. Then the jewelry item is inserted inside a sturdy black color personalized Sergio’s Silver From Taxco carton box and a sturdy paper bag that will help protect each jewelry item. A cleaning cloth from Sergio’s Silver From Taxco is also included in the wrapping. 
• All our jewelry pieces are handmade. The weight, size, shape, color of gemstones may vary slightly from the image(s) shown online. 

PAYMENT METHODS

• We accept payments with major credit card companies like Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal accounts.  For your security, all credit cards require card verification, expiration date and billing address. All information is verified with your payment before your order is shipped. Certain restrictions may apply. 

RETURNS POLICY

• In-store credit will be given if the piece of jewelry may present a flaw from fabrication. 
• Returns are void if the piece of jewelry has been worn, damaged or altered in any way. 
• Purchases are NON-refundable. 

SHIPPING POLICY

• All orders are shipped via FEDEX or DHL.
• International shipping from Cozumel, Mexico to the United States of America and Canada is $95USD. Shipping to other countries besides the ones mentioned above, are discussed directly via email with the owners of Sergio´s Silver from Taxco in order to determine the shipping fee and country restrictions. 
• FREE shipping is available when orders online are above $400 U.S. Dollars or the equivalent to that amount in other money currencies. When checking out your shopping cart, the shipping fee will be displayed under the total price for the jewelry items selected. The legend Free Shipping will be displayed if the order is above $400U.S. Dollars. 
• International shipping fee charges are NON-refundable. 
• Allow 2 business days to process your order and 3-4 business days to receive the package from the day the shipping is made. 
• A tracking number will be sent to your email when your order is shipped. 
• Sergio’s Silver From Taxco will be tracking the package from beginning until it is delivered to its destination.
